MSC does not authorize or accept any cash payments, bank transfers, or payments made outside its platform. Any such unauthorized transactions shall be solely at the user’s risk, and MSC shall bear no responsibility or liability for the same.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy- As digital educational content is delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions apply only in cases of duplicate payment, non-delivery due to technical error, or wrong product purchase (if not accessed).

Refunds, if approved, will be made only via alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or wallet credit), after deducting transaction charges.

Refund requests due to user's local internet or technical issues will not be entertained.

Referral Program

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Third-Party Services and Trading Journal
1. Practice Platform Access
- Our platform provides access to a third-party practice trading platform for educational and skill development purposes.
- Students may open a demat account through our designated link to facilitate practice trading activities.
- The practice platform is provided through our third-party service provider and is subject to their availability and terms of service.
2. Service Interruption Policy
- In the event that the third-party practice platform experiences service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance downtime, or discontinues services, students are permitted to continue their practice trading activities using their own broker's platform.
- The use of the student's own broker platform during service interruptions is a temporary measure to ensure continuity of learning and practice.
- Students will be notified of any known service interruptions as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Trading Journal Maintenance
- Binding Obligation: Regardless of whether students are using our third-party practice platform or their own broker's platform, all students MUST maintain trading journal logs using our designated trading journal system.
- No Exceptions: The requirement to log all practice trades in our trading journal system remains mandatory and binding under all circumstances, including but not limited to: Third-party platform service interruptions, Use of personal broker platforms, Technical difficulties with the practice platform, Any other circumstances affecting platform availability
- Accepted Conditions: By enrolling in this program and accepting these terms and conditions, students acknowledge and agree that maintaining complete and accurate trading journal logs in our system is a non-negotiable requirement of participation.
4. Trading Journal Requirements
4.1. Accuracy Requirement: Students are responsible for ensuring all logged information is complete, accurate, and truthful.
4.2. Immediate Journal Recording: Each trade shall be recorded in the trading journal within a strict period of three (3) minutes from the execution of both the entry and exit of the respective trade.
5. Consequences of Non-Compliance
5.1. Falsification or manipulation of trading journal entries will be treated as a serious breach and may result in immediate termination from the program.
6. Student Responsibilities
6.1. Students are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and complete trading journals
- Ensuring timely log entries regardless of platform used
- Keeping backup records of their trading activities
- Compliance with all logging requirements
6.2. Technical issues, platform unavailability, or any other circumstances do not exempt students from their obligation to maintain proper trading journal records.
7. Platform Rights and Limitations
7.1. Our platform reserves the right to:
- Audit and verify trading journal entries at any time
- Request supporting documentation or proof of trades
- Modify journal requirements with reasonable notice
- Suspend or terminate access for non-compliance
7.2. Our platform is not liable for:
- Third-party practice platform service interruptions or failures
8. Acceptance and Agreement
8.1. By opening a demat account through our link, accessing the practice platform, and participating in this program, students explicitly acknowledge that they have:
- Read and understood these terms and conditions in full
- Agreed to maintain trading journal logs as per requirements
- Accepted that journal maintenance is mandatory regardless of which platform is used for practice
- Understood the consequences of non-compliance
8.2. Continued participation in the program constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates communicated to students.
9. Amendments
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
1. Digital Communication Policy (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, and Social Media)
1.1. All communication provided by MSC through Blog, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social media platforms, community groups, or any other digital channel is strictly and solely for educational purposes.
1.2. MSC does not provide:
- Real-time buy/sell signals
- Investment advice
- Stock/option recommendations
- Calls or tips for live trading
- Portfolio or financial planning guidance
1.3. Any discussion, chart example, scenario explanation, option chain breakdown, or market example shared on any communication platform must be understood as reference-based educational content only, not actionable trading advice.
1.4. At times, MSC trainers may explain market movements, setups, or hypothetical trades while teaching. Such explanations may appear similar to trading suggestions, but they must never be interpreted as advice to trade on a real account.
1.5. Students and subscribers must keep in mind that:
- All examples are illustrative.
- All trade scenarios are hypothetical.
- All strategy discussions are academic.
- No message is intended for real-time execution.
1.6. If any communication unintentionally appears to resemble a tip, signal, or advice, the student must ignore such interpretation and treat the communication purely as part of an educational, theory-based discussion.
1.7. MSC is not responsible for any trading loss incurred by interpreting educational communication as investment or trading advice.
1.8. Students must not request real-time signals, tips, or trade calls. MSC trainers are prohibited from providing such guidance in personal chat or group communication.
1.9. By engaging with MSC through any digital platform, the student acknowledges and agrees that all MSC communication is academic in nature and not intended for live trading.
