Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • All products and services offered by My Stock Compass (MSC), including online courses, dashboards, PDFs, tools, subscriptions, practice systems, webinars, and all digital educational resources, are delivered instantly.

  • Once access is granted, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

  • By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges that they are buying digital educational content and that the no-refund condition applies unconditionally.

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests will be considered only under the following limited and exceptional conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the user is charged more than once for the same order. Verification through the payment gateway is mandatory.

  • Non-Delivery of Access: If access is not delivered within 48 hours due to a verified technical failure strictly attributable to MSC systems alone.

No other scenario shall qualify for refund evaluation.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • Users must email the request to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.

  • The request must include:

    • Order ID.

    • Registered email ID.

    • Exact reason for the refund claim.

  • MSC holds the right to request additional documents, screenshots, or verification.

  • Approval or rejection of a refund request is at the sole discretion of MSC after complete verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases (Strictly Enforced)

Refunds shall not be provided under any of the following conditions:

  • User changes their mind after the purchase.

  • User reviews, accesses, or partially uses any part of the digital content.

  • Access has already been granted to courses, PDFs, dashboards, practice tools, or any digital material.

  • Claims arising from referral commissions, affiliate earnings, or reward-based activities.

  • User-side issues including:

    • Poor or unstable internet connection.

    • Local device or system failures.

    • Incorrect login credentials entered by user.

    • Browser or software compatibility issues on user devices.

  • Dissatisfaction with course outcomes, trading performance, or perceived learning progress.

  • Any technical or operational delays caused by third-party service providers outside MSC control.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • All refunds will be processed only via an alternative method determined by MSC (bank transfer, UPI, wallet credit, etc.) irrespective of the original payment method.

  • MSC reserves the right to deduct transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and processing costs from the refund amount before settlement.

6. Finality of Decision

  • The decision of MSC regarding eligibility, approval, deduction, and method of refund shall be final and binding on the user.

  • Users agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or complaints through banks or payment gateways once access has been provided.

  • Any such action will be treated as a breach of policy and MSC reserves the right to take legal and administrative action.
