Referral Policy

• The My Stock Compass (MSC) Referral Program ("Program") enables registered users ("Referrers") to promote MSC subscription plans, courses, PDFs, tools, and educational products using their unique referral link.

• The purpose of the Program is to allow genuine referral-based promotion only.

• MSC holds full rights to approve, reject, or terminate participation of any Referrer at its sole discretion.

• Only registered users of MSC are eligible to become Referrers.

• A "Referred User" must be a completely new customer who makes their first subscription purchase using the Referrer's unique referral link.

• Existing users, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or accounts created to manipulate the Program are strictly ineligible.

• Referrers shall earn commission only on the first successful subscription purchase made by a Referred User via the referral link.

• Commission is calculated on the net amount actually received by MSC after adjusting discounts, coupons, offers, and transaction charges.

• Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or marked as failed do not qualify for commission.

• MSC reserves the unrestricted right to revise, increase, reduce, or remove commission percentages at any time without prior notice.

• Commissions will be paid monthly only when the Referrer reaches the minimum payout threshold of ₹500, through a method chosen solely by MSC.

• MSC's internal tracking and verification shall be final for determining eligibility and payout.

• Referral links are unique, non-transferable, and intended only for promotional use.

• Referrers are not permitted to distribute, share, or provide access to any MSC content while promoting the link.

• The referral link must not be used for misleading promotions, spam, mass messaging, or any unethical marketing method.

• Referrers cannot use paid advertisements or brand bidding on search engines containing MSC's name, keywords, or trademarks.

• All MSC content including videos, PDFs, dashboards, tools, webinars, practice systems, and learning materials is protected intellectual property.

• Any user, including a Referrer, found engaging in any of the following will face immediate action:

  • Sharing or distributing MSC materials.

  • Uploading MSC content to external platforms.

  • Sharing screenshots, recordings, or PDFs.

  • Using MSC content to indirectly drive more referrals.

• Consequences include:

  • Permanent termination from the Referral Program.

  • Suspension of user account without refund.

  • Forfeiture of all pending commissions.

  • Legal action under applicable Indian laws.

• Only the referral link may be shared—not the content itself.

The Referrer shall not:

• Manipulate referral links in any manner.

• Generate fake, fraudulent, or self-referral orders.

• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to create accounts.

• Encourage others to misuse MSC content.

• Claim ownership or authorship of MSC educational material.

• Distribute MSC content as a promotional technique.

• Attempt to influence or bypass MSC tracking systems.

• Demand commission on purchases not tracked or approved by MSC systems.

• Referral Materials are provided solely for the purpose of promoting MSC in a lawful and authorized manner.

• Any modification, misuse, misrepresentation, or distribution of such Referral Materials for purposes not expressly approved by MSC, including but not limited to promoting unrelated products, services, or making misleading claims, is strictly prohibited.

• The Referrer shall bear full responsibility for any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or misrepresentation of the Referral Materials once downloaded.

Any violation will result in immediate removal from the Program.

• MSC reserves full and final authority on tracking referral activity, approving or rejecting commissions, suspending or terminating a Referrer, modifying commission rules, and freezing payouts in case of suspicious activity.

• Commissions earned before termination will be paid only if they meet all conditions and are verified to be legitimate.

• MSC may modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• MSC is not liable for any loss of expected earnings due to Program changes, revisions, or termination.

By participating in the MSC Referral Program, the Referrer agrees that:

• Commissions apply only on the first subscription of a new user.

• Commission percentages may change at any time at MSC's discretion.

• Unauthorized sharing of MSC content constitutes financial loss and legal violation.

• MSC's tracking and decisions are final and binding.

• Referral links are for promotion only, not for content distribution.

• Fraudulent or unethical behaviors will result in suspension and legal action.
